Role responsibilities:

• Run company provided leads (guaranteed)
• Signing contingency agreements/cash contracts with new customers
• Call (or) talk to neighbors around our installs
• Estimation
• Overseeing installs
• Customer communication
• Team management

Physical Requirements:

• Endurance: expected to stand and walk for extended durations
• Agility: capable of climbing ladders, walking on rooftops, and safely descending
• Strength: regularly lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Mobility: must be able to carry and maneuver ladders as needed
• Transportation: utilize own vehicle to get between clients homes
